I work with individuals, couples and families to explore the motivations and meaning behind behaviors. I embrace creativity, dreams, and laughter as important components of the therapy process, and allow client needs to guide the therapeutic approach.
Experience and Education
I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington (License #LH60491433). My long standing involvement in the therapeutic field has given me the experience and knowledge to work with depression, anxiety, life adjustments, divorce, relationship issues, grief trauma and adjusting to medical illness. I have experience with and welcome clients from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, race, religious affiliation and/or sexual orientation. I am a member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA), Washington Mental Health Counselor Association (WMHCA) and Northwest Alliance for Psychoanalytic Study (NWAPS). I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the Washington School of Professional Psychology, Argosy University.
