ABOUT
As a licensed Social Worker, I approach therapy from a strength based, and humanistic/client centered perspective. I provide individual, couple and family therapy and pull from a variety of methods. Some of which include, Family Systems, Gottman, Solution Focused, CBT, parent coaching and Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) for the loved ones of those addicted to drugs and alcohol.
I believe everyone has the strength to overcome life’s challenges. My job is to help my clients find that strength. We work together to navigate the different stages and challenges of life, whether you are single, in a relationship, divorced, parenting/step-parenting, aging, grieving, switching jobs or living with addiction and/or mental health issues.
