My goal is to create a safe space where you can share openly about your story: your fears, worries, sadness, loss, and trauma as well as your joys, achievements, strengths, resourcefulness, and wisdom. You deserve to feel seen and heard without judgement. You have the capacity to change. Together, we will explore your story, using methods and skills appropriate to your personalized goals.

I work with individuals, adolescents, and adults via a person-centered, strengths-based, compassionate, and encouraging approach. I incorporate elements of CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Attachment Theory into my practice, all through a trauma-informed lens.

I’ve spent the last 6 years working in social services providing client advocacy, child & family therapy, case management, safety planning, crisis intervention and therapeutic support. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, suicidality, self-harm, chronic mental illness, and substance use. I encourage and help clients explore areas related to coping skills, emotion regulation, goal setting, healthy relationships, boundaries, and self-esteem. After receiving my Masters in Social Work from the University of Washington in 2016, I worked for two years at a Seattle non-profit serving adult survivors of commercial sexual exploitation. Currently, when I’m not meeting with therapy clients, I work per diem at an inpatient psychiatric hospital where I’ve been since spring 2019.

It is a privilege for me to enter into this space with you, and I do not take it lightly. I look forward to journeying alongside you, as we explore your story, and seek to write the next chapter.
