ABOUT

As a Licensed Social Work Associate Independent Clinical therapist. I have experience working with teens and adults in medical and in-office and Zoom therapeutic settings. I earned my bachelor’s degree in social work from Pacific Lutheran University and my master’s degree from the University of Washington.

My approach to therapy is person-centered, strength-based, and outcomes-focused. I work with clients to clarify their goals for therapy and develop treatment plans tailored to their individual needs. I use CBT, an evidence-based therapy modality, and integrate techniques, including cognitive reframing and restructuring, psychoeducation, progressive relaxation, breathing methods for stress reduction, and resilience-centered talk therapy. I am particularly interested in helping teens manage anxiety and enhance their social skills, academic performance, and sports performance, as well as supporting adults in addressing anxiety, depression, relationship skills, work performance, and career transitions.

In my free time, I co-lead a support group for parents of newly diagnosed teens. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones and my dogs. My hobbies include photography, hiking, video games, anime/manga, reading, and visiting museums.

Self-Pay

A Good Faith Estimate of expected charges will be provided when scheduling an appointment or upon request for self-pay clients.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is required 24-hours in advance of the appointment to avoid $100 fee.
