ABOUT

Purpose – Transformation is a process of liberation and a path toward peace. With any hardship, there is an opportunity for growth. My approach to therapy considers unconscious and unresolved issues that will bring healing and enable you to thrive.

Partnership – Well-being is when you find relief from feeling burdened or lost. Collaboration is key to therapy. My role is to help you come up with a plan that will optimize solutions and empower your autonomy.

Person-Centered – Substantial growth begins with being open to alternative ideas and responding non-judgmentally. The approaches I use are designed to redefine the sense of self and self-healing abilities.
