ABOUT

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who works with individuals, parents, and couples to navigate the complexities of life’s most demanding transitions. As a partner/spouse/wife and a parent of three children, I can personally relate to the challenges inherent in these roles.

I provide culturally responsive, client-centered care, honoring each individual’s and couple’s unique story and experiences. My work includes supporting clients in understanding how childhood trauma and early life experiences influence current relationships, behaviors, and emotional patterns. By developing and strengthening effective coping strategies, I help parents manage the emotional and relational challenges of balancing work and family life. In my work with couples, I focus on enhancing open and clear communication, managing interpersonal differences, and fostering deeper understanding, connection, and intimacy.

You’ll find a safe, compassionate space in my practice where your story will be heard. Together, we’ll reflect on how your values and core beliefs have shaped your thoughts and experiences. We’ll explore your individual and relationship goals, uncover and navigate challenging interactional patterns, and utilize your strengths to create the positive outcomes you seek from counseling.

Self-Pay

A Good Faith Estimate of expected charges will be provided when scheduling an appointment or upon request for self-pay clients.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is required 24-hours in advance of the appointment to avoid $100 fee.
