ABOUT

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with several years of hands-on experience in the mental health field. I’ve worked across a range of care setting including residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient programs. My background includes many years in eating disorder treatment as well as community mental health, where I supported clients of all ages. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and am licensed to practice in Washington State.

I work primarily with adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, ADHD, depression, adjustment disorders, and work/life balance. My therapeutic style is strengths-based and client-centered. I integrate approaches from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I tailor each session to meet the client’s unique needs and desired outcomes from therapy.

I’m passionate about creating an inclusive, affirming space for all clients, including those in the LGBTQIA+ community and those exploring their identity. My goal is to collaborate with clients in building meaningful, fulfilling lives grounded in who they are and the world they live in. I cultivate a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship that is welcoming and non-judgmental.

Self-Pay

A Good Faith Estimate of expected charges will be provided when scheduling an appointment or upon request for self-pay clients.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is required 24-hours in advance of the appointment to avoid $100 fee.
