ABOUT

I’m happy you’ve decided on taking the adventure of pursuing life fulfillment. It’s an adventure that I started myself in a gap year before college, and it has led me on a decade of world travels and academic pursuits on seeking to understand the balance between personal authenticity and fitting in. This is the biggest concept I offer to you, which is how to embrace your own needs, while also having room for enhancing the relationships around you.

I’m an eclectic therapist, which means I utilize different therapeutic models depending on specific needs of clients. I have been trained in a variety of modalities including self-esteem training, cognitive anxiety control, sex therapy, trauma healing, life transition assistance, depression mitigation, and much more. It’s paramount you have what fits you best, so I take it as my first priority to begin matching you to what best can assist you.

Many fear the mental health journey, but I fear a life of being on the run from it. When we better ourselves it enhances life for us and all those around us. I look forward to talking with you soon.

I am a Preferred Provider with Aetna, Cigna, First Choice, Kaiser Permanente, Optum, Premera, and Regence.  Please call for inquiries regarding additional insurance plans.

Self-Pay

A Good Faith Estimate of expected charges will be provided when scheduling an appointment or upon request for self-pay clients.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is required 48-hours in advance of the appointment to avoid $100 fee.
