Have you experienced trauma that continues to affect your daily life, relationships, or sense of self? Do you often put others’ needs before your own, losing yourself in the process? Whether you’re struggling with painful memories, anxiety, low self-esteem, perfectionism, high sensitivity, or attachment wounds, healing is possible—and you don’t have to face it alone.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults to heal from trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, and life transitions while fostering self-compassion, healthy boundaries, and emotional resilience.
Having grown up in Taiwan and lived and worked in the United States, India, Uganda, and Southeast Asia, I deeply value multicultural perspectives and provide culturally responsive, inclusive care. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where every client feels understood, respected, and empowered to heal from trauma, restore emotional well-being, and move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and hope.

I offer trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). When working with children and adolescents, I also incorporate art- and play-based interventions to support emotional expression and healing. Together, we will work toward processing painful experiences, strengthening resilience, cultivating self-compassion, and building healthier, more meaningful lives and relationships.

I provide therapy in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Taiwanese.

I am a Preferred Provider with Aetna, Cigna, First Choice, Kaiser Permanente, Premera, and Regence. Please call for inquiries regarding additional insurance plans.

Self-Pay

A Good Faith Estimate of expected charges will be provided when scheduling an appointment or upon request for self-pay clients.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is required 24-hours in advance of the appointment to avoid $100 fee.
