ABOUT

I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, betrayal trauma, intimacy concerns, and attachment-related wounds. I help clients understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck and find healthier ways to connect with themselves and the people they love.

With couples, I focus on improving communication, navigating conflict, rebuilding trust after infidelity or betrayal, and restoring emotional and physical intimacy. I also support couples who feel uncertain about their relationship and want greater clarity about whether to repair, reconnect, or move in a different direction.

In individual therapy, I work with relationship distress, anxiety, depression, shame, low self-esteem, trauma, and major life transitions. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, self-trust, and meaningful change.

Having lived and worked in various countries, I especially value working with multicultural and intercultural clients and bring curiosity and cultural awareness to our work together.

My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and attachment-focused. I draw from the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), combining practical tools with deeper emotional work to help clients build more secure, authentic, and fulfilling relationships.
