ABOUT

Life can bring unexpected challenges that leave you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself. You may find yourself carrying burdens that feel too heavy, questioning your next step, or longing for a greater sense of peace and balance. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to face it alone. When emotions feel overwhelming or familiar patterns keep repeating, therapy can offer a safe, compassionate space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin healing.

I believe healing begins when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. I aim to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that help you navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience. I value creating a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, empathy, and collaboration, where you feel supported every step of the way. I hope to help you reconnect with yourself, strengthen your relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I specialize in working with trauma and support individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, PTSD, relationship challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, adult ADHD, and life transitions. Because every person and every story is unique, I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs and goals. My integrative approach draws from Person-Centered Therapy, trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Gottman Method, and mindfulness-based practices. Together, we’ll find an approach that feels right for you and supports your healing, growth, and overall well-being.
