ABOUT

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State. I have been practicing for over 10 years. I enjoy working with kids, teens, and adults who are struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, anger, life transitions, poor self-esteem, and trauma. I use primarily cognitive behavioral techniques, but I am also skilled in dialectical behavioral and solution-focused therapy, as well as play and activity therapy. I understand life change, adjustment, and starting anew. I want to help you become “the best possible you!”

I try to gain a deep understanding of my clients and their struggles, and formulate therapeutic interventions based on individualized needs. I want what is best for you, with the understanding that you only get out of therapy what you put into it. Nothing meaningful comes without work and commitment, but I will be with you every step of the way.
